Blackening Seasoning Mix-it’s hard to improve upon. And after a day of inshore grouper fishing, the big reward is to surprise my wife by bringing a little taste of the Gulf, back to our home. For those of you who love to cook, and like to keep it simple-I highly recommend any of the Chef Paul Prudhomme’s products. There’s some generic spin off’s that are less expensive and do a good job. But my go to is always Blackened Redfish Magic or Seafood Magic for the grille or searing in a cast iron skillet.
And to stay true to my Florida roots, I always visit the Fresh from Florida website for new ideas for cooking Grouper. http://www.freshfromflorida.com/Recipes/Seafood/Grouper
